Jimmy Burchfield Sr. is well known in the Boxing world. He began his illustrious career as a corner man working his way up to an international boxing judge when he decided he could promote better than those doing it at the time. After 27 years, CES Boxing remains the “Heart and Soul” of Boxing. Known as the hardest working prompter in the business, Jimmy Sr takes great pride in the relationships he has with all his fighters. His passion and work ethic is second to none.

Jimmy Burchfield Jr. had a different path into the Combat Sports world than most. A founding partner at the Providence, RI law firm of D’Amico.Burchfield, LLP; Jimmy Jr. has been around boxing most of his life. After graduating from law school, Jimmy Jr. began handling the legal affairs and negotiations for CES. When CES opened its MMA divisions, the Burchfields’ decided Sr. would continue to spearhead the Boxing division and Jr. would run the MMA division. Since then Jimmy Jr has also handled the production and broadcasts needs for the company recently finalizing a multi-year deal with UFC fight pass.

Patrick Sullivan joined Team CES in 2008 after graduating from Bryant University. His first project was a documentary titled “Living in the Rivalry” which chronicled the training camps of two boxers leading up to a title fight. For the past 3 years, Pat has been the Director of Operations and the matchmaker for the MMA division. In this time frame, CES has put on some of the most exciting fights in the country and has been named the top promotion by many outlets. Sullivan was named the Matchmaker of the Year by the Boston Herald in 2011. Pat was most recently named the 2016 New England Volunteer of the Year by the American Cancer Society.

Michael Parente joined CES in November of 2008. A former sportswriter for The Woonsocket Call and Patriots Football Weekly, Michael spent five seasons covering the New England Patriots during their Super Bowl dynasty. In addition to his duties as CES publicist, Michael has handled graphic design, ticket sales and matchmaking duties for CES’ boxing division. He matched both the Rich Gingras-Peter Manfredo Jr. and the Thomas Falowo-Chris Chatman bouts in 2013. Michael is also a freelance sports radio host and avid fitness enthusiast. Michael now does commentary alongside Tom Lawlor on UFC Fight Pass.

Justin Madoff joined CES in June of 2015. After beginning his career in MA Politics, Justin went to work in Real Estate and Business Development. He is a commercial and residential real estate professional at Lenox Group and Partner at Prospeer Branding with Luis. Justin built our website and handles corporate partnerships. He has worked with companies like KFC, Aflac, Vita Coco, and more.
Luis Serrano joined CES in September of 2016 after leaving the Marine Corps and beginning his career. He joined the team while creating and designing websites and managing marketing for large institutions like Basement Systems and Yale University. Luis has a strong passion for combat sports and marketing them. He is a co-founder of Prospeerbrandmanagement.com with Justin.

Adam Palazio joined CES in March of 2014. He is a veteran of the radio and media industry and a two-time nominated Radio Personality of the Year in the Providence market. In 2007, he founded the online media network, 990WBOB.com, and is the present-day CEO.
